Ghost on the Shore is definitely worth a play if you like games focused on narrative. It’s also worth checking out Marie’s Room – it’s free on Steam, only takes around an hour to complete, and gives a taste of what the developer can do (although the type of story it tells is completely different).

I’m really excited for Rosewater. The developer’s last game, Lamplight City, was good and I’m looking forward to seeing how the random encounters fit into the gameplay. We’ll have to compare notes!

But Ghost on the Shore looks really good, and Rosewater’s random encounters in an adventure game has me very intrigued.
