Getting everyone a ticket means they have their own access to the app so there are definitely some benefits to it. The group doesn’t have to crowd around one device; and each person is awarded their own medal based on their performance so it inspires a bit of competition. It also makes the case-solving part at the end easier, if everybody is able to sift through a different part of the evidence while working together.

Saying that though…

I can see how a ticket wouldn’t be necessary for someone who didn’t want to join in with the game, or just wanted to come along for the walk. Speaking of which: we went on a Sunday so the streets were quiet and we could get around easily. But that did mean the majority of places like coffee shops were closed, although we did manage to find a nice pub! It’s something to consider.

I have a group of 4 wanting to play and once reluctant nephew (12) who will be with us on the day but not exactly engaged. Could we buy 4 tickets and bring him along anyway? Hoping he’ll get involved but can’t gaurentee on his mood!
